Our core R&D team was established in 2012. Dr. Wang Wei, the leader of the team, has more than 10 years experience in drone R&D. He has insight into the research trends in the field of small drones and has mastered the advanced automatic control and design technology for small drones. He was successfully selected by "Nanjing leading entrepreneurial talent" plan in 2012.
In 2015, he was appointed as a professor of industry by Jiangsu Provincial Department of Education and Jiangsu Provincial Science and Technology Department. In January of the following year, he was appointed as deputy director of the Robotics R&D Center of the Institute of Intelligent Science and Applied Research, Jiangsu Academy of Sciences.
In 2013, the core members of the team were invited to participate in the ”Major Project for drone Internal Investigation of Japan Fukushima Nuclear Power Plant” and jointly developed a full-autonomous flying drone can be used in the environment without a GPS signal. It realizes the autonomous exploration of drones in a complex and unknown environment.
We hold a number of technologies such as drone control algorithms, sensor algorithms, robot vision, drone design optimization, and product comprehensive integration. Also, we maintain long-term research and cooperation relationships with well-known universities, research institutes and enterprises at home and abroad, and actively promotes the development of drone flight control technology with a global perspective.

At present, the team has more than 20 R&D personnel, more than 80% own doctoral or master degrees.

In response to the needs of the times, we concentrated on our superior scientific research strength, focused on the flight control products of agricultural protection drone.
On the basis of scientific research accumulation in previous years, we combined with a large number of applied technology practices, and published pioneered products such like autonomous take-off and landing, intelligent flight route planning, automatic return, breakpoints spraying and intelligent flow control.
In addition, the high reliability of the control algorithm ensures the outstanding performance of drone flight attitude. We are widely recognized by experts and customers.
